Nestled between two streams complete with flowing waterfalls, in Montenar's uncontaminated valley (just 5 km from state road 13), we created a corner of serenity where it's possible to experience the true beauty of nature in the forests (32 km of slopes and trails) and at the table. Every 30 days, in keeping with seasonal offerings, the menu changes but our cheeses, ricotta, yogurt and salami are always available to enjoy (for sale as well), just like our potato fricco (potatoes cooked with cheese, with a crunchy crust and soft center) traditional fricco (aged cheese cooked, crunchy and savory), game meats, beef goulash, desserts...
